Viewco Building Services & Engineering Company Limited was established in April 1984, specializing in Hong Kong building services and environmental engineering, including installation, alteration and addition, maintenance and repair of air conditioning and ventilation systems, electrical systems, renovation services and other mechanical and electrical system facilities. We are a Registered Electrical Contractor of the Electrical and Mechanical Services Department and a Registered Specialist Contractor (Ventilation System Works Category) of the Buildings Department. In addition, we are also a Registered Minor Works Contractor (Company) of the Buildings Department and a Non-mandatory Registered Subcontractor of the Construction Industry Council.
